With 5,700 square feet of growing area, the Arc of Hilo Organic Farms launches in Fall 2021, offering adults through our Adult Day Health, Supported Employment, and Career Exploration programs an opportunity to learn hydroponic farming, marketing, and distribution of lettuce, tomatoes, sweet peppers and other specialty crops such as vanilla, cocoa and coffee.
